Caravan Park

Ideally situated within easy reach of the major road networks and within 20 minutes of the historic city of York, whilst enjoying the peace of a village setting. The Castle Inn is the perfect location for a short caravan or camping break.

We have 18 hard standings, all with electric hookups rated at 6 Amps. Toilet and shower facilities are available during the open season and provides disabled access. Please see our tariff below. Prices are based on 4 persons sharing. We accept awnings at no extra cost. Dogs are more than welcome, but we do ask that they are kept on a lead and not allowed to foul the caravan site. Sky sports with Premier Plus is available in the bar on our 47" plasma TV. Newspapers can be delivered, please give us 24 hours notice.

The caravan site is open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, closed all February.

We want you to enjoy your stay, so we don't impose many rules and requirements upon you, but we do have a few simple guidelines which are listed below:-

(1) Arrivals are to be after 12 noon on your first day.
(2) Please vacate your pitch by 11am on the day of departure.
(3) There is a £10 deposit for the keys which will be refunded upon the return of the keys.
(4) Due to licensing laws there is to be no external noise after 11.20pm and no drinking outdoors after this time.
